My morning meditation is a walk. I get up and walk first thing. It's a grat way to start the day! No scrolling until afterward.

This is great. I think it's good. I am trying it and it is very nice to just walk the park without looking at the phone and being in the moment. :)
We are so used to being on our phone so often - it is such a wonderful, mindful time when we can step away from the scroll and just be.
