I walk almost every day.
Sometimes up to three times a day.
While I walk, I am constantly opening my voice memo or notes app to take some sort of genius note. I am most creative when I am walking. My very best ideas seem to emerge with each step!
I’ve been thinking… why not start to share some of these thoughts and ideas with you! So, I’ll be sharing audio moving forward. This one is just a few minutes. I hope this little tip helps you to start your day feeling more grounded.
