Great message, it was short and sweet!

I’ve been doing an experiment where I front load and spread out my walking throughout the day. I have been hitting 4000 steps by noon and I feel fantastic about it!

That's pretty damn good to get 4K in by noon... plus spread it out helps keep energy levels up.
