You've recommended some of my favourite health experts Melissa! Love Max Lugavere and have been listening to his podcast for years. Tony Robbins and Tara Swart as well. Those books are on my list! Mark Hyman is very good too ✨

For fasting check out Dr Mindy Pelz if you haven’t already. She has great tips on fasting for women if that’s something you’re into. Dave Asprey has some good information too ✨

Beautiful read Melissa, been years I haven't stepped into a library.

Just thinking about going..the smell of books around you, the aura..it changes your mood!!

The Tony Robbin’s book sounds interesting, but the reviews on Amazon seem very generic with no details. Is about things you have to “get done to you” by medical centers?

I am fascinated by the bio-hacking potentialities out there - while I can't afford many of them, I can pay attention to mindset, nutrition, sleep and movement, which the book covers. So the book covers both.
